Products
NEXUS//OPS is a cinematic macOS command-screen graphics product for fictional operations visuals, production design, practical screen playback, client presentations, and live operator performance.
NEXUS//OPS is not real cybersecurity, surveillance, banking, emergency-response, intelligence, or operational security software. It does not scan networks, run commands, capture credentials, monitor real systems, access customer files, or perform offensive workflows.
IT Support Toolkit is a local macOS utility that helps users and support technicians review system, account, network, Wi-Fi, performance, storage, security, report, and support-bundle information. Diagnostic outputs are informational and should be reviewed before being shared or relied on for support decisions.
Purchases and Checkout
Some purchases may be completed through a third-party checkout provider such as Gumroad. Checkout, payment processing, receipts, taxes, download delivery, and license-key delivery may be handled by that provider under its own terms and policies.
Prices, license options, product availability, delivery methods, and support offerings may change. If product-specific license terms are provided at checkout or delivery, those terms also apply to your use of the product.
Licenses
Dual Tone Lab software is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, publicly share, reverse engineer, or repackage Dual Tone Lab products or assets.
Studio, Production, Broadcast, or custom licenses may include different permitted uses, seats, project scopes, update windows, and support terms. The license shown at checkout or provided with delivery controls if it differs from this page.
Compatibility
Product pages may list minimum hardware and operating-system requirements. You are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase. NEXUS//OPS is intended for supported Apple Silicon Macs running the listed macOS version or newer. IT Support Toolkit supports compatible Macs running the macOS version listed on its App Store page or product page.
Refunds and Support
Digital software purchases may be final unless a refund is required by law or approved after review. If you need help, contact support with your purchase email, order number, Mac model, macOS version, and a description of the issue.
Support is provided for official builds and licensed customers. Custom production support, onboarding, multi-seat use, broadcast use, and expanded terms may require a Broadcast License or separate written agreement.
